Mikeila is the Founder, Creative Director and Brand Strategist of Bandit, who are based in Sydney, and work with clients across the globe.
Her bread and butter is understanding people's visions, their target audiences and visualising unique creative solutions that have substance.
She’s passionate about creating a studio that’s genuinely fun to be a part of, where her clients reap the rewards.
"I wanted to work in a team with wonderful people who I wanted to be around and work on really cool projects."
Starting the branding agency at only 24, Mikeila now runs a national team of eight, working with industry disrupting brands across the globe.
