Below are some of our favourite time-saving tools that help build your business.
Planning & Management Tools
Planning is where is all starts and project management and KPI can now all be managed from a central dashboard to keep the team on track. You often design fully integrated marketing strategies, now you can integrate all your tools to work smarter not harder and where possible, automate!
MONDAY
Monday.com has been our favourite of these tools for its versatility. You can plan and track projects, budgets, team members, reduce emails by using for project briefs, plan whereabouts and more. A clear dashboard shows you projects status and if anything is slipping behind.
TRELLO
Trello lets you work more collaboratively and get more done. Create boards, lists and cards to allow organisation and prioritisation. You can build in workflow automation with Butler to boost productivity with rule based triggers.
SLACK
Slack is essentially a chat room for your whole company, designed to replace email as your primary method of communication and sharing. Plus, Slack integrates with a host of other apps so you can manage your entire workflow through one platform.
ZAPIER
Increase your productivity. It connects the apps you use everyday to allow work automation. It allows you to pass information between apps with workflows called zap. For example, you receive an email with an attachment, it can automatically download the file to your dropbox and send a note to slack that you have a new download - a little like having you own PA. You set the triggers you want automated and no coding is required.
SCHEDULE ONCE
Appointment scheduling software. This is smart customer scheduling on autopilot.
